All lecturers and participants will be accommodated in Parmis hotel. This is a five star hotel located close to Paradise Square. For more information on this hotel please click here.

Check-in time is on Friday 12^th September ( i.e. 22^nd Shahrivar in solar calendar) and check-out is on Saturday 27^th September ( i.e. 6^th  Mehr in solar calendar). The accommodation includes Breakfast (or Sahari for those who are fasting) and dinner.

Transportation:

Transportation will be available everyday during the two weeks of the school. Buses are leaving sharp 15 minutes before and after the lectures. Please be on time, otherwise you might miss the bus!

Note:  The initial plan of the school was to accommodate  participants into two types of hotels, with two different accommodation fees. However to take maximum benefit from discussions with speakers, the organizers decided to accommodate all speakers and participants in one single hotel. This has become possible only through financial supports from Sharif and Kish Universities and our sponsors which have generously supplemented the payments of most of  participants.
