Important Information

  • Students must register in one Recitation class. To registerate, you can send an email including your full name and student ID number with the subject "QM-1" to the coordinating TA.
  • Each recitation class can only have up to 19 students.
  • Students should hand in their homework to their TA at the due time. The due time of problem set can be found on each set.
  • Solutions to bonus questions/problems should also be handed in to your TA. Please indicate clearly that this is for a bonus question/problem.
  • Pop quizzes will be prevalent during this term, and they count in your final grade. It is advisable to be prepared every session.
  • 50 percent of your homework grade is for your homework set and the other 50 percent is base on your quizzes.

    • The midterm exam will be held on Thursday, 27 Aban 1395, in Partovi Hall-Physics department at 9am.
    • The midterm exam won't cover scattering section.
    • The makeup exam will be held on Saturday, 6 Azar 1395, in room 412 (Partovi Hall) at 4 pm.
    • The makeup session will be held on Thursday, 2 Day 1395, in Ibn-Sina 13 (Alef 13) at 1:30-3 pm
