سمینار این هفته را آقای سجاد مهدی ‌زاده از دانشگاه شریف ارائه خواهند کرد. عنوان و چکیدهٔ سمینار ایشان به شرح زیر است:

مروری بر پروژه طیف سنج  نجومی “شریف”

(A review of Sharif’s astronomical spectrograph project)

 

Abstract:    Sharif’s astronomical spectrograph project was a work done by members of astronomy group of Sharif University of Technology, Physics department. The project started in 2012 with the aim of designing, manufacturing and testing a spectrograph for the department.  In this talk I will explain how its 1^st phase started, went on and finished. Also I will discuss the approach and problems which we had and the result we got. In particular, I will explain about the progress of the work and also about the optical design of such instruments. At the end I will introduce my next experience in astronomical instrumentation, which is about coating of large scale mirrors.
